Please read these Booking Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or listing a property on Bunky (“Bunky”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These terms govern how property bookings are facilitated through the Bunky platform in the Philippines.
These terms must be read together with our Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not proceed with booking or listing a property.
Bunky is a digital property rental platform. We do not own, manage, or operate properties listed on the platform. Instead, we connect renters with independent property owners or authorized hosts.
Our responsibilities include:
Bunky is not responsible for the physical condition, legality, or suitability of any listed property. Responsibility lies with the host offering the property.
Bunky currently facilitates property rentals within the Philippines only.
To book or list a property on Bunky, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
When creating an account and placing a booking request, you will be required to provide:
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
Access to the Bunky platform may require OTP (One-Time Password) verification or other secure authentication methods.
Once a booking request is successfully placed and accepted by the host, you will receive confirmation via:
The host will be notified simultaneously of the confirmed booking.
All cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy and any host-specific cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking.
If a host cancels or a property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances:
If a renter fails to arrive within the agreed check-in time without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and handled as per the host’s cancellation policy.
For safety and compliance, hosts and renters may be required to verify their identity using government-issued identification.
